Job Summary: The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students regarding their career choices, educational programs, and admission processes. The role involves handling walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads to ensure maximum admissions through effective communication and counselling. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures. Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages. Maintain a database of potential and existing students. Explain institute programs, course details, fees, and future career prospects. Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student progress and support. Achieve admission targets and contribute to the institute’s overall growth. Organise seminars, workshops, or counselling sessions for student engagement. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment. Prepare daily and weekly reports on counselling and admissions.
