Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the institute's programs through outbound calling. This role involves effectively communicating program details, addressing inquiries, and converting prospects into applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students based on provided leads or databases.
• Lead Generation: Qualify potential students based on their interest and eligibility for the programs offered.
• Program Information: Provide detailed information about the institute's programs, eligibility criteria, admission process, and fee structure.
• Counseling: Address student inquiries, concerns, and doubts regarding the admission process.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, calls, and conversions.
• Follow-ups: Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with potential students.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Master's degree is required, such as an MBA or equivalent.
• Strong persuasion and convincing abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential students.
• Basic knowledge of the education industry and the institute's programs.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.

Reporting Relationship

The Admissions Counselor will report to the Admissions Manager.

Pay: ₹11,176.44 - ₹40,846.77 per month
