Position: Admission Counselor

Department: Admissions / Marketing

Location: CGC University, Mohali

Job Summary:

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about courses, eligibility, and university benefits, and ensuring successful student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about academic programs and career opportunities.

Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads.

Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.

Maintain admission data, reports, and daily follow-up records.

Participate in admission drives, seminars, and promotional events.

Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in counseling, tele calling, or admissions (freshers can apply).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with good convincing ability.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Salary Range: 15,000 – 25,000 (depending on qualification and experience)
