Role & responsibilities

Admissions Counselling and Case Management

• Interact with parents during school visits, calls, and enquiries to guide them through the admission process.
• Explain curriculum, facilities, teaching methods, and school benefits clearly.
• Understand parent needs and match them with the schools strengths.

Enquiry Handling and Follow-ups

• Handle telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
• Follow up with parents to encourage admissions and ensure a smooth experience.
• Engage consistently with prospective families to support their decision-making.

Database and Documentation Management

• Maintain and update the enquiry and admission database accurately.
• Manage student enrolment documentation and verify completeness.
• Monitor fee payments and follow up for timely completion.

Outreach and Networking

• Generate leads through referrals, corporate links, and community connections.
• Support outreach activities to increase school visibility.

Event Coordination

• Assist in organizing school tours, open houses, education fairs, and workshops.
• Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Cross-Branch Support

• Provide admission support across branches when required.

Additional School Duties

• Collaborate with the Principal and school leadership on administrative tasks.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle parents confidently and build rapport.
• Good follow-up skills and customer-focused approach.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Willing to work at the KelambakkamVandaloor Road campus.
