Job Description

Purpose of the job

Vendor Onboarding & Documentation -

Facilitate end-to-end vendor onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Data Management -

Ensure high standards of data integrity across vendor records and documentation

Process Improvement

- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current vendor management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Support SRM portal operations in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Team Lead.
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and profile setup across systems
Maintain standardized legal templates and agreements aligned with company policies and compliance
Ensure accuracy and consistency of supplier data and documentation.
Drive process improvements for onboarding efficiency and user experience.
Provide daily operational support and resolve vendor-related queries.
Monitor and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines.
Generate and share vendor reports to support governance and decision-making.
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain performance records.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration / B.com / B.Tech / B.Sc or Supply Chain, or related field exp.
1+ years of experience in operations, or vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
Analytical, with good attention to detail.
Excellent communication (English Language), coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
