Administrator, Supplier Governance Support

Working within the vendor support team, as an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the global strategic sourcing teams. Your key responsibilities will include vendor onboarding, where you will receive onboarding requests, ensure all necessary information is provided, create legal agreements accurately, add vendor profiles to various business systems, and keep all relevant parties informed throughout the process. In addition, you will be responsible for vendor data management, ensuring all day-to-day administrative updates are managed following agreed processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor data, and providing vendor data upon request. Moreover, you will operate the Vendor Support Desk, ensuring all tickets are actioned and closed within the allocated Service Level Agreement, with a focus on achieving excellent feedback for the customer service provided. As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational skills, effective time management abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and at least an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
