Role Overview: We are looking for a Travel & Accommodation Executive who will manage all travel-related operations, including flight, train, cab, and hotel bookings for employees and guests. The role involves coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely travel arrangements. This position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Travel Management: Coordinate and book domestic travel for employees and business visitors. Plan and optimize travel itineraries according to company policies and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all bookings (flight, train, cab, etc.) align with approved budgets and timelines. Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, or rescheduling efficiently. Hotel & Accommodation: Arrange hotel bookings for employees and guests as per requirements. Maintain relationships with hotel partners and negotiate corporate rates. Ensure proper tracking of hotel expenses, invoices, and stay confirmations. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with travel agents and booking vendors to ensure best pricing and reliable service. Evaluate vendor performance regularly and maintain updated vendor agreements. Process payments and manage travel-related invoices with the finance team. Internal Coordination: Maintain updated travel records and ensure approvals are obtained from reporting managers or HR. Share travel itineraries and booking confirmations with employees. Handle any travel-related queries, complaints, or escalations.   Reporting & Documentation: Maintain a travel expense tracker and prepare monthly MIS reports. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and highlight any deviations. Work closely with HR/Admin to plan travel budgets and cost optimization initiatives.   Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com/BBA/BHM or equivalent). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel management or admin operations. Proficiency in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure calmly. Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings and documentation.   Additional Requirements: Must reside within a 4 km radius of Saki Vihar Road, Mumbai. Should be comfortable working from the office (6 days a week). Flexibility to manage urgent travel requests beyond standard office hours, if required.
