• Support all teams with seamless administrative assistance
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle daily operations
• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution of academic and operational processes
• Contribute to impactful healthcare education initiatives

What You Bring:

• A pleasant and vibrant personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven administrative and organizational expertise
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office etc.)
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• A Graduate or someone with proven experience in the relevant areas
