Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles and possess strong computer skills, along with the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle internal and external communications.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office assistant roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Basic understanding of office management systems and procedures.
