Scope And Responsibilities
Based in Hyderabad, the role requires a detailed and process orientated approach to the administration of Luxembourg companies, which are invested in by Oaktree funds. Responsibilities will include
- Providing quality and timely administrative support to the Luxembourg Cosec team;
- Electronic filing, creation and maintenance of e-files;
- Saving and sorting transactional documentation;
- Collecting signatures on NDAs, other standard documents and quarterly board meetings;
- Creating and updating structure charts, liaising with the relevant parties;
- Maintenance of various Lux internal databases;
- Organizing internal and external meetings or appointments; and
- Assisting with ad hoc secretarial / administrative tasks and other projects as necessary.
Experience Required
- At least 1-3 years in a corporate secretarial or administration function;
- Experience of managing a large number of requests and demonstrating an exceptional focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack; and
- Basic Luxembourg Corporate Law and Governance knowledge is an asset.

- Bachelor degree
