Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and performing various clerical tasks. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, managing records, confirming logistics, preparing reports, and supporting the executive team with their administrative needs.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Make invoices and stay in communication with clients for payment
Recieve orders and communicate it to the production tea
mManage inventory & make purchases
Handling of petty cas
