Administrative Assistant

You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations at the construction site/office by performing the following key responsibilities: - Arrange daily transportation for site staff, engineers, and workers. - Schedule and monitor pickup/drop services for laborers and materials. - Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel logs, and driver attendance. - Coordinate with vehicle vendors, drivers, and logistics partners. - Maintain files and records related to site operations and admin matters. - Assist in the preparation of timesheets, attendance records, and site reports. - Monitor stock of office/site supplies and raise purchase requests. - Handle photocopying, scanning, and basic documentation tasks. - Act as a liaison between site workers and office staff for admin needs. - Support in arranging meetings, safety briefings, and staff coordination. - Ensure smooth daily operations of the site office. - Follow up with vendors for delivery of materials and services. Qualification & Skills: - Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (Pass or Fail accepted) - Preferred Qualification: Any degree (optional) - Immediate Joiners preferred. - Must have a 2-wheeler/four-wheeler license. - Male Candidates are preferred.
