Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day

    administration and facility management

    across all stores/regions.
  • Manage

    store documentation

    property agreements, statutory licenses, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead

    vendor management

    for housekeeping, security, IT, maintenance, and other services.
  • Monitor and control

    administrative budgets, petty cash, and expense approvals

    .
  • Ensure

    infrastructure upkeep

    utilities, fixtures, equipment, and repair/maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR for

    attendance, employee records, onboarding support, and welfare activities

    .
  • Organize

    travel, logistics, and accommodation

    for staff as required.
  • Prepare and present

    MIS reports

    on admin operations, expenses, and compliance.
  • Ensure

    health, safety, security, and hygiene standards

    at stores and offices.
  • Lead and guide the

    admin team

    (executives/coordinators) to achieve smooth operations.
  • Liaise with landlords, government authorities, and external agencies for official matters.
