Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.

2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Handle employee database management and documentation (personal files, HRMS updates).
  • Support in preparation of HR reports and MIS data.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
  • Support in conducting exit interviews and employee retention analysis.

4. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
  • Maintain compliance records and assist in labour department inspections.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and auditors as required.

5. Performance & Policy Support

  • Assist in performance appraisal process coordination.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational culture and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline [Master’s or Bachelors degree in HR preferred]
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
