About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve sales targets in the assigned area through effective distribution and retail coverage. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers 3. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. 4. Promote products, schemes, and offers to retailers to maximize sales. 5. Monitor stock levels at distributor/retailer points and ensure timely replenishment. 6. Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance. 8. Maintain proper sales records, invoices, and daily reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Sound Knowledge of Kannada is a MUST 3. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. 4. Knowledge of local geography and FMCG market trends. 5. Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets. 6. Basic understanding of inventory management and distribution. 7. Proficiency in using smartphones/tablets for sales reporting apps (if applicable). 8. Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline. 9. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (freshers can also be considered for entry-level roles). 10. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred. 11. Candidates living in Bangalore North are preferred.
