Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping. Oversee housekeeping management to ensure a clean and organized work environment. Coordinate facility operations, maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality when required. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in administration or related field (front office/office coordination).
