Job Description

Responsible for the full spectrum of office administration, facilities management, and providing essential support to executive leadership, acting as a crucial interface for both internal teams and external vendors.

* Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervision: Oversee and supervise the overall housekeeping + other support staff and activities to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the entire facility. Manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules for office equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

* Security Management: Act as the primary point of contact for and supervise the security staff. Manage access control systems, visitor logs, and ensure compliance with all office security protocols.

* Inventory & Supplies: Manage and maintain inventory of office, pantry, and canteen supplies. Handle timely procurement and ordering to ensure no stockouts.

* Vendor Management: Be the point person for a wide range of external vendors (housekeeping, security, catering, maintenance). Manage service contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of services.

* Travel and Logistics: Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, accommodation, ground transport) for employees and executive leadership.

* Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute internal office events, celebrations, meetings, town halls, and team-building activities, including logistics, venue booking, catering, and vendor coordination.

* Administrative Chores: Help with regular office chores and administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running effectively.

* Invoice Processing: Maintain record keeping of inward vendor invoices. Review, verify, and put them through the system for further finance processing and timely payments.

Avg English language is ok.

Familiar with basic software like outlook, teams, word, excel etc.

Basically, we need a hustler who can just get things done.

Experience of 2-3yrs in overall facility management.
