Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management:

  Ensure smooth operations of administrative facilities including housekeeping, security, pantry, gardening, transport, guest house, and office maintenance.

• Vendor & Contract Management:

  Manage service providers, monitor performance, verify bills, and ensure contract compliance and timely renewals.

• Housekeeping & 6S Compliance:

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across production floors, warehouse, office blocks, and washrooms; support 6S audits and improvements.

• Infrastructure & Asset Management:

  Monitor office equipment, furniture, and building maintenance; ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of admin assets.

• Cost Control & Budgeting:

  Manage admin budgets, and ensure resource optimization without affecting service quality.

• Employee Support & Welfare:

  Provide admin support for employee needs, events, engagement activities etc

• Safety, Security & Compliance:

  Coordinate security system monitoring (CCTV, access control), and related daily checks and compliance.

• MIS Reporting & Documentation:

  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on admin activities, expenses, audits, and improvements.

• Kaizen & Continuous Improvement:

  Implement improvement related to admin facility ,digital systems etc.

• Mange the Shift working :

  Work in shift and lead the admin team.
