Job Description

Role & responsibilities As part of brand management team, this role will be responsible for managing Product Portfolio & its revenue by enhancing product life cycle, strategizing product communication, and formulating Go-To Market Plan. Customer identification & Market Understanding Understanding consumer touchpoints to arrive at the right product GTM Regular consumer interaction through FGDs, Consumer Surveys, Market Visits, etcRetail Understanding Deep understanding of competition product portfolio In-depth understanding of competition product portfolio Conducting data analytics price segment-wise and geography-wise Gathering product & market insights through regular interaction with customers & tradeGTM Strategy Make a concrete GTM strategy for the complete category For new product launch - Devise GTM strategy, with a recommendation of budget requirement Close-looping end-to-end GTM management right from GTM planning to execution of GTM Creating and implementation of processes for GTM of products Ensure sales team and channel training is conducted in right manner Ensure RoI measurement of GTM initiativesCommunication Development & Execution: Work with creative agency & in house creative team to ensure each communication is in line with the brand purpose and guidelines. Responsible for all communication - both creative and media selection - across all offline channels - ATL (TV, Radio),BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) Manage Media planning and media buying.Brand Operations New Product Launch and Existing product relaunch Enabling sales team by ensuring timely product information dissemination Consistent monitoring performance of all SKU in the market and generating triggers Tracking the performance of products using standard statistic tools Demand forecast for next 3 months at SKU level Recommending marketing interventions' business case and managing execution end-to-end Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in Agency/brand management kind of roles. Have an excellent eye for detail Highly creative. Out of the box modern innovative thinker A highly collaborative team player with a track record of partnering with others to meet objectives Superior analytical skills to compile, analyze and leverage data to adapt plans quickly Entrepreneurial self-starter
