Job Title: Admin & HR/Marketing Executive (Education / Therapy Centre)

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6mo–3 years Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month plus bonuses Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

We are a child development & therapy centre working with children with special needs. We are looking for a responsible Admin who can manage day-to-day centre operations, coordinate with parents and therapists, and support basic HR, marketing and social media tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, calls, session calendar, therapist schedules and parent coordination.
• Oversee daily administration: attendance, billing, receipts, documentation, centre supplies.
• Support HR tasks: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, joining formalities.
• Assist with basic social media tasks and Google drive, listing updates.
• Assisting in marketing & sales. Track enquiries → assessment → conversion using simple systems.
• Coordinate appointments and schedule marketing visits to schools and hospitals
• Plan and manage small centre events, stalls, workshops, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• 6mo–3 years of admin or marketing experience (education/healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, networking and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with parents and maintaining professionalism.
• Basic Excel/Google drive, social media knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy centre environment.
