HR Manager for a SME @ Erode :

We are looking for a HR Professional for Polymer factory at Erode with 170 employees , registered under MSME. The Individual should have a 3- 5 years of exp in managing a factory.

The KPIs are :
1. Ensuring availability of Man Power. Both operators and staff.
2. Manage the attrition
3. Statutory Compliance
4. PF & ESI Registration and Knowledge
5. Payroll management
6. Administration Activities ( Attendance, Canteen, Hostels ..)
7. Support and assist employee Engagement activities and Multi Skill development along with HRBP.

Should be conversant in Tamil. Knowledge in spoken Hindi will be an advantage.
