Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Navi Mumbai at PIVOT Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations:

• Maintain financial records
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash
• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns
• Maintain executive calendar
• Prepare and maintain internal MIS
• Liaise with banks, vendors, external auditors and tax authorities as required
• Oversee office administration and HR functions (Payroll and reimbursements)
• Maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals, website & LinkedIn profile for the company

Desired Qualifications:

• Commerce graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
