Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager & Executive to oversee office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will also support HR and compliance functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage overall office administration, including supplies, records, and documentation
✅ Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management for smooth operations✅ Handle employee attendance, travel arrangements, and logistics✅ Support HR department in compliance-related and employee engagement tasks✅ Maintain effective communication and coordination between departments✅ Monitor administrative expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions✅ Assist in event coordination, office maintenance, and vendor payments
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
✔ 2–5 years of experience in administrative or managerial roles (preferably in manufacturing or retail)
✔ Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage responsibilities efficiently
