Responsibilities: - Guiding Organization Activities: Identifying opportunities to improve business policies or objectives and ensuring the company operates securely and effectively. - Staff Management: Hiring, training, and evaluating administrative staff, as well as delegating tasks and providing coaching and guidance. - Policy Development: Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures to maximize quality and efficiency. - Office Operations: Managing office facilities, resources, and supplies, including space planning, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. - Communication: Ensuring smooth information flow within the company and providing administrative support to senior management. - Project Management: Overseeing special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of services. - Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders ¹ ².
