Your responsibilities include: - **Admin Management**: - Coordinate with Housekeeping agency to maintain the hygiene of storefront & offices - Ensure security providers are rendering their services as per required norms & regulations - Conduct safety awareness drills across the zone - Monitor and report security lapses (Electronic/physical), address setbacks, and take preventive measures - Analyze investigation and security reports from branches - Ensure timely AMC for critical equipment and periodic servicing as per terms - Attend Help Desk tickets regularly and provide closure reports on time - Arrange CAB for Top Management during their visits - Manage business meetings within allocated budget - Allocate seats in offices/branches as per business requirements and recommend refurbishment if necessary - **Vendor Management**: - Select vendors after background checks and ensure quality & timely performance - Negotiate rates for R&M before recommending approval - Analyze vendor-provided BOQ and review specifications - **Real Estate Management**: - Seek suitable premises for branch expansion/relocation - Follow HO guidelines for premises selection within timelines - Inspect sites and recommend suitable premises - Negotiate rentals and amenities with landlords - Perform due diligence of property documents and negotiate lease agreements - **Project Management**: - Analyze BOQs for branch setup and plan as per project timelines and costs - Monitor project execution and report progress to Head Office - Finalize bills based on approved BOQ and executed project - **Statutory Compliance**: - Ensure timely renewal of Shops & Establishment with proper coordination If you are looking for new opportunities, please send your updated resume along with the required details listed below.
