Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Manager located in Chennai. The Admin Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth workflows, coordinate between departments, and manage facility services. Responsibilities include supervising clerical staff, maintaining compliance with organizational policies, handling vendor contracts, and contributing to process improvements. The role will also involve managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and supporting leadership with data and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational management skills, including team supervision and task delegation.
• Administrative skills such as workflow coordination, vendor management, and facility oversight.
• Proficiency in communication, decision-making, and problem-solving within a corporate setting.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in preparing and managing documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization is an advantage.
