Admin Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Admin Executive / Admin Manager to lead the administration and hospitality functions. The ideal candidate should have worked in large organizations and must be presentable, confident, and skilled in handling high-level coordination, seminars, events, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration for office/plant locations.
• Lead and supervise admin, housekeeping, pantry, and facility teams.
• Organize corporate seminars, training programs, conferences, and events.
• Handle hospitality management for VIP guests, senior leaders, and visitors.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics, and vendor management.
• Maintain office infrastructure, AMC, repairs, and facility upkeep.
• Prepare admin MIS reports, budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with company admin policies and safety standards.
• Represent the company in meetings, reviews, and external events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
