The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role includes handling day-to-day accounting transactions, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and assisting in financial audits. Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts in Tally or any other accounting software. Record daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other supporting documents. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment and billing issues.
The Factory Admin is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative, logistics, and facility operations at the factory. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining records, supervising support staff, and assisting management in implementing company policies efficiently at the factory level. General Administration o Oversee daily administrative operations of the factory. o Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift schedules of factory staff. o Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safety across the premises. o Manage gate pass records, visitor logs, and security arrangements. Procurement & Inventory o Assist in local purchase of office and maintenance supplies. o Coordinate with the stores department for issue and return of materials. o Maintain records of consumables, stationery, and maintenance tools. Facility & Maintenance Coordination o Coordinate with maintenance staff for repair of office/factory equipment, utilities, etc. o Ensure functioning of basic amenities like electricity, water, sanitation, and communication systems. Compliance & Record Keeping o Maintain statutory and compliance-related documents (e.g., labour, safety, attendance). o Assist in audits and inspections (factory license, ESI, PF, etc.). Logistics Support o Coordinate transport arrangements for materials and manpower. o Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward material documentation
