Description

The Admin Manager at our CBSE School will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations and ensuring that the school runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks and support the overall mission of the school.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations of the school
Manage school records, including student admissions, attendance, and staff documentation
Coordinate and support school events and activities
Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and standards
Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
Assist in budgeting and financial management of school resources
Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
Implement and improve administrative procedures and policies

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in an educational setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and educational policies is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
