QA/QC MECHANICAL

Description

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Mechanical professional with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of mechanical components and systems through rigorous inspection and testing processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections on mechanical components and systems.
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control activities and inspections.
Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for identified defects.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in QA/QC within the mechanical engineering sector.
Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and material properties.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations such as ISO 9001.
