EXECUTION SUPERVISOR

Description

The Execution Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks while maintaining quality standards. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead a team, drive performance improvements, and collaborate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day execution of operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in operations.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in operations supervision or management roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
