Job Title: Admin and Hygiene Manager Location: [mahasamund ] Reports To: Plant Head / Operations Manager / HR & Admin Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Admin and Hygiene Manager to oversee administrative services and hygiene protocols at our facility. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards across departments. Key Responsibilities:Administration Management: Manage general administrative functions such as office supplies, infrastructure maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep. Oversee services such as housekeeping, transport, security, canteen, and office equipment. Ensure cost-effective procurement of admin-related services and supplies. Manage company assets, utilities, and maintenance schedules for uninterrupted operations. Liaise with government bodies/local authorities for licenses, inspections, and compliances. Hygiene & Sanitation Management: Develop and implement hygiene and cleanliness protocols in line with FSSAI , GMP , HACCP , or company-specific standards. Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure regular audits and cleaning schedules in all areas (production, office, common areas). Monitor waste management and pest control systems to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Conduct hygiene training for employees, workers, and contract staff on personal hygiene, sanitization, and workplace cleanliness. Ensure readiness for internal and external audits related to hygiene and facility standards. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations issued by health and safety authorities. Maintain hygiene documentation and logs, including cleaning schedules, inspection reports, and audit checklists. Collaborate with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team on hygiene-related safety measures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience in administration and hygiene management, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or food industries. Familiarity with hygiene regulations (FSSAI, GMP, ISO, etc.) and audit processes. Experience managing vendor contracts and facility-related services. Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
