SUMMARY

Administrative Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute administrative strategies that support the company's business objectives, focusing on production efficiency, safety, and quality in the metal sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee general administrative operations to ensure seamless support for various departments, including production, sales, finance, and HR.
Manage the administrative budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Create, update, and enforce company administrative policies and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent budget management and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred)
