Job Description

·     Effectively execute relevant HR and administrative policies and procedures and ensure 100% compliance ·     Monitor and ensure effective housekeeping of company premises and maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels to the best of standards. ·     Manage security function effectively and ensure proper systems (CCTV surveillance) to safeguard company assets and properties. ·     Effectively manage stores functions (stationary related) and ensure proper inward issue and outward of materials ·     Provide communication facilities as per the policy of the organization and ensure utilization within limits. Ensure timely payments (leased line, mobile phones etc.) and accounting of the same. Manage inward / outward correspondence of official letters/ mails and courier services. ·     Provide amenities required for employees in terms of workstations, stationery, welfare etc. as per policy/ approval of management. ·     Ensure appropriate building maintenance, availability of proper furniture, fixtures and other office equipment’s as may be needed. Ensure proper utilization of the same and work with the employees to reduce wastage. Handle repair activities on time and install facilities as per requirement. ·     Facilitate safety practices at corporate office and enable clean and safe working conditions. ·     Work on admin expense areas and see possibilities of resource optimization and cost / waste reduction. Ensure admin expenses are maintained and accounted accurately. ·     Manage administration of Travel & Allowance (T&A) Policy for BD, Projects team/ staff and support regardingper-diem, fuel allowance, accommodation, air/ train tickets etc. as per policy ·     Ensure timely renewals of leases, rental agreements, dealer contracts, AMCs and the like. ·     Responsible for co-ordination to maintain branch offices, guest houses etc., if any. ·     Interface with local Government / statutory bodies as per need. ·     Ensure timely procurement of marketing/ branding materials. Responsible for co-ordination in organizing marketing/ BD events. ·      Ensure timely remedial actions for IT/ System related issues. ·      Responsible for any other special assignments including getting certifications, maintenance of safety/ technical data sheet for new products, systems etc. MIS Reporting & Self Development ·      Prepare accurate and comprehensive MIS reports on administrative activities and submit the same to management on time. ·     Develop capabilities of self through training and learning - to handle current and future jobs better Constantly upgrade knowledge, skills/ competencies to handle higher responsibilities in future
