Job Description

Admin Executive (Portuguese Nationality Department)

Portuguese Language – Compulsory

We are looking for an Admin Executive who can support our clients through the Portuguese nationality process. This role involves collecting, checking, and organizing important documents and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, offices, and authorities.

What You’ll Do:

Read and understand Portuguese documents (Portuguese language is mandatory).
Verify that all documents are genuine, accurate, and meet the legal requirements for Portuguese nationality.
Organize and store documents properly so they can be retrieved easily when needed.
Coordinate attestation, notary, and apostille work.
Track the progress of each case and follow up with authorities to avoid delays.
Share timely updates with clients and team members.
Solve issues that come up during document collection or verification.
Prepare and dispatch final document sets securely for submission to Portugal.

Who You Are:

You can read and understand Portuguese clearly (mandatory).
Organized and detail-focused.
Good at communicating with clients.
Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Dropbox, and CRM systems.
Able to manage time well and handle multiple cases smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
