Key Responsibilities Community Engagement: Build and maintain a positive online community to foster loyalty and trust Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance and analyze data to understand what works and what doesn’t, adjusting strategies to improve engagement Optimisation & Insights: Use data insights to recommend improvements – e.g. suggest best times to post, identify most engaging content types, and highlight audience preferences. Audience Interaction & Support: Act as a friendly point of contact for our online audience, addressing inquiries related to Portuguese nationality promptly Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and features (e.g. new Instagram or Facebook tools). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams. Platform-Specific Engagement & Analytics Tasks LinkedIn: Manage our LinkedIn page community – respond to post comments and private messages professionally, engage with relevant LinkedIn groups or discussions, and track post performance (views, reactions, comments, shares) among our professional audience. Facebook: Oversee engagement on our Facebook page (and group, if applicable) by replying to comments on posts and answering Messenger inquiries. Instagram: Interact with followers on Instagram – reply to comments on our posts, respond to direct messages, and use interactive features like Stories (polls, quizzes, Q&A) to encourage follower participation. YouTube: Manage engagement on our YouTube channel by responding to comments on our videos and addressing viewer questions about Portuguese nationality processes. Qualification & Experience A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory 0–2 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing Excellent written English communication skills are required – you must be able to engage online audiences professionally, friendly. Being able to read/understand Konkani or Hindi is a bonus (since many of our local audience speak these), and Portuguese language skills are a nice-to-have (not required). Demonstrated ability to be patient, helpful, and responsive in a customer service or community management context. We value a helpful and client-focused approach to engagement.
