Job Description

The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing office tasks, supporting staff, organizing schedules, and maintaining the organization’s documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and office-related services.
  • Handle office correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Manage and maintain office files and documents (both physical and electronic).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal/external meetings and presentations.
  • Communication:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to general inquiries from clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for any administrative issues or requests.
  • Event and Travel Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for staff when required.
  • HR & Employee Support:
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure all administrative documentation is completed.
  • Maintain attendance records and assist with payroll-related activities.
  • Assist with employee welfare programs and other HR-related activities as needed.
  • General Office Support:
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure common areas are organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Prior experience in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take on various responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,325.77 - ₹24,469.26 per month
