Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Admin Executive with 2–4 years of experience to handle day-to-day administrative functions and support smooth operations of the organization. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Handle travel arrangements, employee transportation, and guesthouse facilities.
• Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain company assets, records, and ensure proper utilization.
• Assist in managing contracts and service agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate for repair, maintenance, and IT/infra support requirements.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment.
• Support HR & Operations team in employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in administration/office management.
• Good knowledge of facility and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
