Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our pathology lab in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR administrative functions, supporting the HR department, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and preparing offer letters
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
