Job Description

Office Operations & Facilities Executive

Join Ginesys, India’s leading retail tech company, and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and employee experience. In this role, you will manage day-to-day administration, vendor coordination, travel, events, records, and employee support across departments. You’ll also assist HR with onboarding, finance with expense management, and act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in administration/front desk/customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
