Job Description

we required Admin Executive for our POR factory

4+ years Experience in the factory admin/facility management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration

Manage office supplies, facilities, and support services.
Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and documents.
Supervise clerical and administrative staff.
Maintenance Management
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

2. Facility Operations

Oversee cleanliness, security, and overall facility hygiene.
Ensure the smooth operation of utilities (water, electricity, diesel generators, etc.).
Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvements.

3. Vendor & Contract Management

Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers (cleaning, security, AMC vendors, etc.).
Ensure vendors comply with service-level agreements and safety standards.

4. Safety & Compliance

Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and fire drills.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with technical staff and vendors for timely repairs and servicing.
Maintain maintenance logs and asset registers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
