WhatsAppRole & responsibilities

  • Assist in managing office administration tasks, including correspondence and record-keeping

  • Monitor and maintain attendance records for all employees.

  • Address discrepancies and ensure timely reporting for payroll processing.

  • Manage festivals & other celebrations

  • Manage HR & administrative operations.

  • Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.

  • Managing the employees' data, personal file, Personal Information as Record of Employees.

  • Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

  • Support in KRA & KPI

Requirements

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently

  • Any Graduate Degree with relevant work experience
