Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Cum Recruiter at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves handling administrative responsibilities such as maintaining office operations, organizing records, and coordinating with teams for smooth workflows. Additionally, the candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Collaboration with various departments and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills, including record keeping, office management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies is preferred.
• Proficiency in using recruitment and office management tools/software is a plus.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
