Job Description

candidatesRole& responsibilities

Performs defined tasks per documented instructions.

Assisting and coordinating with the Office Staff.
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and venders
Manage office calendars and set up meetings
Maintaining the filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency & produce documents,

briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.

Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Taking prints, and scanning very confidential papers, and filing in the system daily.
Organizing for Travel planning & approvals, Video Conferencing management
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Mange Travel & other expense statements (Petty cash) & balance sheet.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Personal task management of the Director sir as per need.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher or similar Experience candidate both can apply
