Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Director. The role involves drafting emails, managing correspondence, and serving as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include handling files, maintaining databases, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with tact and assertiveness. The candidate should anticipate needs, take initiative, manage priorities, and provide solutions to ensure seamless executive support. Key Responsibilities: Draft emails, letters, and business communications on behalf of the Director Manage correspondence and act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential records Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements (if required) Handle day-to-day office administration and follow-ups Anticipate requirements and support decision-making by preparing necessary information Take initiative in resolving issues and ensuring smooth workflow Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as PA/EA/Secretary or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with tact, assertiveness, and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office and documentation High level of confidentiality, organization, and time management Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
