1. Adjunct Faculty – Project Management (Course-wise Position)


The Adjunct Faculty for Project Management will be responsible for delivering high-quality

academic instruction, engaging classroom sessions, and practical insights aligned with industry best

practices. The faculty will handle the Project Management course for the current academic term on

a course-wise contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured lectures and interactive sessions as per the course outline.
  • Integrate real-world project management cases and tools into teaching.
  • Guide students on live or simulated project-based learning.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
  • Collaborate with the program coordinator for curriculum planning and improvement.
  • Maintain academic decorum, attendance, and timely submission of grades.

Job Specification

  • Qualification:

     MBA/PGDM or Master’s degree in Management, Operations, or Project Management; PhD desirable.
  • Experience:

     Minimum 3–5 years of industry or academic experience in Project Management.

• Skills Required:

  • Expertise in tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Agile software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to connect theoretical knowledge with industry applications.

2. Adhoc / Visiting Faculty – Supply Chain Management (SCM)


The Adhoc/Visiting Faculty in Supply Chain Management (SCM) will contribute to academic

delivery, curriculum enrichment, and student mentoring for the SCM specialization. The role

involves teaching and sharing professional insights on procurement, logistics, inventory, and ERP

systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach assigned SCM subjects (e.g., Production Planning and Sourcing, LSCM, TQM, LSCM Analytics and Warehousing and Inventory).
  • Bring industry practices and case-based learning into classroom sessions.
  • Evaluate student projects and facilitate practical exposure.
  • Participate in guest lectures, seminars, and academic collaborations.
  • Provide mentoring support for student projects and internships.

Qualification:

certifications (Six Sigma, APICS, etc.) preferred.

Experience:

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in SCM tools .
  • Strong conceptual and analytical understanding of SCM.

3. Academic Associate – 1 Position


The Academic Associate will assist faculty in academic coordination, research, and student

engagement. The role supports day-to-day academic operations, data management, and classroom

facilitation to ensure smooth program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of academic schedules, course materials, and assessments.
  • Support faculty in research, data collection, and student project coordination.
  • Maintain attendance, grade records, and academic reports.
  • Coordinate with students for assignments, presentations, and submissions.
  • Facilitate classroom logistics, session recordings, and LMS updates.• Work closely with program heads for academic reviews and documentation.
