Key Responsibilities:


Programmatic Campaign Setup and Launch:

  • Traffick, configure, and QA 

    programmatic ad campaigns

     in platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and others
  • Define audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, frequency caps, and geo parameters
  • Implement tracking infrastructure: ad tags, conversion pixels, and attribution events
  • Upload and test creative assets across display, video, and native formats


Optimization and Performance Management:

  • Monitor live campaigns across key performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, viewability)
  • Optimize campaigns through real-time bidding adjustments, creative A/B tests, and audience refinement
  • Adjust budgets and pacing to maximize performance and minimize waste
  • Flag underperformance early and act quickly to fix it


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Build structured reports and dashboards for weekly and monthly performance tracking
  • Analyze data to uncover insights on audiences, platforms, creatives, and funnel behavior
  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to translate findings into strategy
  • Continuously improve internal benchmarks and data accuracy


Internal Collaboration and Workflow Improvements:

  • Partner with Product, Creative, and Tech teams on tracking, asset delivery, and campaign planning
  • Help document best practices and continuously refine our 

    programmatic ad operations

     processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams needing campaign updates or insights


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in ad operations or programmatic media buying
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major 

    programmatic ads platform

     (DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ad servers (e.g. Google Ad Manager) and MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Branch)
  • Deep understanding of metrics that drive 

    programmatic ad performance

    : CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and QA
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
