Job Summary

Ad Operations Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs
  • Ensure accurate setup of campaigns with appropriate audience targeting, budgeting, and tracking mechanisms
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs; proactively make recommendations to improve results
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Generate and present reports with clear performance insights and actionable takeaways
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align messaging with media goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates to suggest innovative solutions
  • Maintain internal documentation, workflows, and best practices for ad operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic platforms
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ad trafficking tools like Google Campaign Manager, DV360 (a plus)
