We’re now hiring a talented Ad Operations Associate Manager to join our team and help us execute high-impact advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Associate Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and more. This role demands strategic thinking, data interpretation, and performance-driven execution. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs Ensure accurate setup of campaigns with appropriate audience targeting, budgeting, and tracking mechanisms Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs; proactively make recommendations to improve results Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Data Studio Generate and present reports with clear performance insights and actionable takeaways Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align messaging with media goals Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates to suggest innovative solutions Maintain internal documentation, workflows, and best practices for ad operations Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic platforms Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and conversion optimization Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Google Ads and Meta certifications (preferred) Familiarity with ad trafficking tools like Google Campaign Manager, DV360 (a plus) Perks & Benefits Work-from-home flexibility Opportunity to work with international brands Learning & development support Performance-based incentives Fast-track career growth in a growing digital-first agency Interested?
