Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is looking for Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Market Research: Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities within a specific industry or market segment
Due Diligence: Performing comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, which may include financial analysis, legal assessments, and operational evaluations
Financial Analysis: Assessing the financial viability and performance of potential acquisitions, including analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and valuation models
Deal Structuring: Developing and structuring acquisition deals, including negotiating purchase terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
Risk Assessment: Evaluating the risks associated with potential acquisitions and developing risk mitigation strategies
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements related to acquisitions are met and that necessary approvals are obtained
